Tier III Volunteer Information
Ready to attend field trips and volunteer throughout the school year? Parents who wish to participate in field trips must become an approved Tier III Volunteer by completing the Williamson County Schools volunteer process.
Fingerprint background checks can take several weeks to process. We recommend completing your application and fingerprinting as early as possible.

Bring your completed application and a valid driver's license to the school office.
Allow 2–4 Weeks
Processing times vary. You will only be contacted if there is an issue with your application.
Badge Required
Approved Tier III volunteers must wear their volunteer badge whenever volunteering on campus.
Volunteer Badge Sessions
Volunteer badge-making sessions are scheduled throughout the school year. Please plan to attend one of the dates below once your Tier III volunteer approval is complete.
All volunteer badge sessions are held from 9:00–11:00 AM. A SignUpGenius link will be available at the start of the school year so you can reserve your preferred session. You may also check the school calendar for the most up-to-date badge session information.
