Tier III Volunteer Information
Ready to attend field trips and volunteer throughout the school year? Parents who wish to participate in field trips must become an approved Tier III Volunteer by completing the Williamson County Schools volunteer process.
Fingerprint background checks can take several weeks to process. We recommend completing your application and fingerprinting as early as possible.

Bring your completed application and a valid driver's license to the school office.

Processing times vary. You will only be contacted if there is an issue with your application.
Badge Required
Approved Tier III volunteers must wear their volunteer badge whenever volunteering on campus.
Volunteer Badge Sessions
Badge-making sessions are held periodically throughout the school year at Edmondson Elementary. Once dates become available, registration information will be shared with families.
